Spline rolling also makes the shafts more durable and is a very quick operation, thus reducing lead times. Generating splines by hobbing and shaping can provide a more precise fit should this be required.

In addition to manufacturing your shafts, we can also offer an assembly function. We can supply and fit CV Joints, so all you have to do is open the box and bolt on the shafts.

A range of modified and standard CV joints are also available, together with ancillary parts.
